On Friday 8th March, Ariana Grande released her seventh studio album Eternal Sunshine, her first album release since 2020. This highly anticipated album features 13 songs, with the leading single “Yes, And?” securing Grande’s spot as one of the most iconic pop stars in the world. Since this is Grande’s first album release since her divorce and the beginning of her speculated relationship with American actor Ethan Slater, many fans are excited to tune in and learn more about Ariana’s side of the story.
Also on 8th March, Millie Bobby Brown’s new film Damsel was released on Netflix. Brown plays a young woman who is tricked into marrying a prince, realising later on that she was being used as bait to try and break a royal family ancient curse. The film also stars Angela Bassett, Nick Robinson, and Robin Wright.
In other exciting news, on Sunday 10th March, the 2024 Oscars will be held in Los Angeles. With many notable snubs in the nomination list, such as Margot Robbie’s performance in Barbie, Greta Gerwig’s directing for Barbie, and Andrew Scott’s performance in All of Us Strangers, viewers are keen to tune in and see which actors and films take home the gold in 2024.
